The Arthur.

The Arthur is an adaptive reuse project sat in the main corridor of the city, and features over 320 units, located along the city's ORBT transit system and only blocks from the University of Nebraska Medical Center campus.

NCSS partnered with US-based manufacturer BlocPRO to deliver nearly 900 manual roller shades throughout this building, and delivered a custom drapery in the building’s leasing office.
