Aerie at Blue Sage.

Aerie at Blue Sage represents the first of three “Aerie” neighborhoods built in the Omaha metro area. Consisting of over 130 built-to-rent buildings across numerous building types (single family, townhomes, duplexes, and apartments), NCSS was contracted to deliver 2,000+ manual roller shades across this campus.

NCSS partnered with BlocPRO – a US-based manufacturer – to minimize lead times and allow product to be ordered on an as-needed basis, eliminating the need to store material.
